CNC/MICRO MACHINING
From the Space Shuttle to microwave Sub Harmonically-pumped Mixers (SHM), we have achieved some of the highest levels of CNC work imaginable. Two Cincinnati Milacron Lancer CNC mills capable of holding over two tons and a strong Monarch VMC mill coupled with our operating experts prove that our company can handle very heavy workloads. With our Haas VF2 and VF3 machining centers, fourth axis work can be performed if needed, to giving us the leading edge on difficult work. Our large table Fadal with a high RPM spindle has the ability to handle a wide range of work.
Our CNC lathes can handle small to large work and have the assets to perform aerospace, hardware, and prototype work. We use the latest CAD-CAM software available, Feature CAM, and Gibbs Cam 2009. Our technicians are also educated in solid modeling software making it easier to transform a concept into reality.
Our Micro Machining is unsurpassed. With some of the best machinists in their class, and machine names like Matsuura and Kitamura, tolerances of less than .0002 are possible. The employees responsible for this work have recorded machining details smaller than .002 in size and accurate to .0001 of an inch. These ultra precision tolerances are verified through the latest microscope measuring system available by Nikon.
We have recently tackled jobs that some would describe as impossible. We are proud to be on the cutting edge of CNC technology and encourage new customers come take a tour of our facility to see what we can do for you!
