The quality policy for the Micro Machining / Precision CNC Machining follows the standard set by Winchester Tool. (See quality policy)This assures that the customer will receive dependable service.

Inspection for the Micro Machining is mainly preformed under the Nikon toolmaker microscope. This allows us to visually inspect with 100x magnification and measure accurately with in  .0001in (.0025mm) we measure features that are immeasurable with out equipment of this nature. The Micro Machining Department is at Winchester Tool and can meet you ISO needs.

Inspection for the Precision CNC Machining is preformed in process with standard measuring devices as well as custom built tools to prevent rejected parts. The CMM equipment is used to measure in coming and out going parts and can document the final results.    CNC work requiring ISO certification will be sold at Winchester Tool.
