Fabritek’s quality system incorporates the essential elements of the ISO 9001:2004 standard. These include design review, in-process and final inspection, calibration control, corrective and preventive action, among others. The inspection system is in accordance with MIL-I-45208A, with calibration to ANSI/ NCSL Z540-2 (ISO 10012).
Fabritek utilizes an inspection system that is integrated with a computer based work order/traveler program. Work instructions for each production process are specified on every work order, and the associated inspection record is completed for each operation. Final inspection ends the process, with products being shipped only when they are known to meet the customer’s quality requirements. Our goal is to assure quality conformance throughout the production process, thereby reducing costs and increasing the value of our products. Fabritek desires open and clear communication with all customers on their quality requirements, and will strive to exceed their expectations. Inspection Equipment
