Since 1964,
Our staff is available to respond to unusual requests and urgent time schedules. The customer's problem or situation is our initiative. Our goal; to perform when others are not sure where to begin. We specialize in designing and building custom equipment to fit a variety of customer's requirements and specifications with safety, efficiency and value engineering in mind. Quality assurance is "full time" at Fabritek, we utilize the tools and methods of inspection controlled by explicit documented criteria and our employees are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our staff is professional, our craftsmen are qualified.
In addition to a full range of machining, fabricating and production manufacturing capability, we design equipment and machinery including factory automation, process and material handling systems and the essential electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic subsystems as a part of the complete assembly or as an individual element. We can engineer all or part of our customer's requirements, from evaluating, customizing and detailing individual components to manufacture, installation and startup of comprehensive systems. These functions are not only performed in-house but at the customer's site as well. Equipment may be removed, modified or repaired and installed by our staff of millwrights and technicians. Our experience in a multitude of industrial process gives us a unique technical advantage where we apply knowledge and experience to benefit our customers. Routinely, we offer assistance and advice to help our customers with procedures and methods to accomplish their projects in the best possible way. If we do not have the solution, we can often rely on our network of associates who represent a vast resource of technical expertise and who are enthusiastic about offering assistance.
Fabritek Company was incorporated and began manufacturing in 1964 under the direction of its founder, Robert H. Hahn, Sr. Initially the company concentrated on maintenance and repair work on machinery for local industry and agriculture. In 1966 Fabritek moved from its original location to the Winchester Industrial Park south of the city and has continued to expand facilities. Our activities have expanded from the Winchester area to Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and other areas of the country. Most recently the company has supplied equipment to companies in South Africa, Australia, Peru, the Netherlands and Great Britain.
